v0.2.0 adds new character editor options and improves animations

Support for lips, nails and toenails colors in the character editor
Eye and mouth morphs for the male characters that are similar to the female ones
Updated the default characters to reflect the new editor capabilities. To get them on an older install after updating the game, you need to rename the settings file (c:\Users\***\AppData\Roaming\Godot\app_userdata\Battlefuck Pit\settings.json), run the game once, and rename the settings file back to keep your options. Be advised though that any edits you might have made to the default characters will be overwritten when you run the game.
Updated and polished some of the existing animations and added a new one (push back from missionary)
Pressing New character in the character editor now prompts for a name (no longer uses the selected character to randomize). Hopefully this is more intuitive
