Add new hair pulling and kissing actions. Improved a few other actions.

Action engine improvements that allow for subtly better, less repetitive animations. Some actions (e.g. the bearhug contest and a few others) have been updated to make use of this.

Changes to how opponents boost effort (feedback welcome).

Clarified why the groin slamming action can sometimes backfire (see the in-game help overlay). This is a type of action that is a gamble and can backfire. I added an * next to them in the Action selector. In general, choices marked with an * will run the risk of your opponent reacting faster and turning the tables on you.

Several minor bug fixes.
